Outline Files - Coastlines

High Resolution Coastline sets

These coastlines replace the default Kinetic coastal data with much a much higher degree of detail. Coastline data files are large so may not be usable on low end PC's.

These files cover:
UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands and Northern France.

World Coastline (minus UK)

Replacement General.out file that contains the world coastline data but with the UK and Ireland removed. This resolves the double coastline effect if using my UK medium or high resolution coastal outline files.

In addition each continental section now contains appropriate header information to make further user editing easier.

Outline Files - Airfield Plans

Civil Airfield Plans

These outlines are high resolution but are limited to paved detail only. They show runway, taxiway and apron edges but do not display runway/taxiway/apron markings or airfield buildings or structures as these can frequently change.

Note: An alternative set of extremely high detail airfield files are available on the SBS-Resources CD or from the Kinetic Downloads page.

European VOR Roses

VOR roses for European navaids that are the next en route point for airways exiting UK airspace. Also included is a waypoint file for users who do not have any European navaid data loaded.

The VOR roses are enabled by turning on Layer 15 in the Outlines section of the Display Settings.
