1. The pages will never be used for commercial purposes including adverts, selling and any purpose which could be deemed by a reasonable person as commercial. The business web site is for that purpose.
2. There is no guarantee of service availability or speed of server access.
3. The server will be backed up from time to time and users must keep a copy of their pages on their own machine and be prepared to upload them if the data is lost on the homepage server.
4. The declared purpose of the homepage server is for customers to set up web pages which are pertinent to them or their interests. The area is not for the use of others masquerading as the customer.
5. There is NO support on web page design. Customers requiring such support must use the paid for commercial server on the main Alpha. Customers agree not to phone support with homepage queries. They can of course ask questions on the mcb.homepages newsgroup if they wish and should also look at the FAQ .
6. Security cannot be guaranteed 100%.
7. The interpretation of this policy is in the care of the MANNET webmaster whose decision is final.
